Doctor Appt For Me

So today I had one of my regular check ups. Baby's heart beat is good and as far as the ultrasound shows baby is fine. However, I told the doctor that over the last couple weeks I have had some really hard contractions. (I really did, I didn't just tell him that.) They felt like the ones you have when you're in hard labor. Since they were irregular and only lasted for about a half hour and the ultrasound looked well a few days before I thought 'well maybe their just Braxton Hicks and for some reason they're painful.' The doctor informed me that Braxton Hicks aren't that painful and if they don't get painful until closer to full term. So, he wanted to make sure that I wasn't dialated. I wasn't, but my cervix is soft. So good, no dialation, bad, soft cervix, because that is what happens before dialation. So now I'm on a pre-term labor prevention program. (Which I guess some specialty nurses will contact me and tell me more of what to look for and what to and not to do.) Right now I don't need to be on bed rest or anything crazy like that, but if the contractions continue to happen it could be a not so good thing. We would appreciate your prayers for no more contractions and for no pre-term labor and for a full term baby. (They're generally healthier and less apt to have complications in the future.) I also don't want to lose another baby. I believe the earliest gestation for survival is 24 weeks (still not good chances of survival). I'm only 21 weeks.
